I am providing details of the shops I visited and the people I came into contact with because I suspect I contracted HPV (genital warts) and chlamydia in these places, and I hope the relevant personnel will get tested as soon as possible.

About a month and a half ago, I noticed small white wart-like growths near my penis. Initially, I didn't pay much attention, but they gradually grew larger. I first saw a general practitioner, and then was referred to a dermatologist. The dermatologist diagnosed it as HPV (genital warts) and prescribed imiquimod for topical use. The warts disappeared after three weeks of medication, but recurred after I stopped using the medication. Because I had previously been diagnosed with HPV, I decided to get a comprehensive STI/HIV test just in case. Today's test results showed that all tests were negative except for chlamydia , which was positive.

The clinic advised notifying recent sexual partners. I can't remember everyone, but I do remember the following visits and contacts:
