No5 - Mizuha - nuru service

Hello, I'm Mizuha from N5M & G42. Thank you for coming yesterday. You are Chinese customer who made a booking at 12pm yesterday right? I heard from my customers that there was a negative review , and I came to this review. I can't read all the sentences, but if you have experienced real nuru massage in Japan and there is something lacking based on that, please message my shop. I would like to improve in the future.
However, let me say one thing. You said you don't recommend coming again. What does that mean? Customers who like my service on the bed and nuru massage will inevitably come back. I'm not pretty or have a good figure. So I have to focus on the service. I thought I was doing my best every day. People won't come back if they don't like me, but writing that you don't recommend a second visit is something you shouldn't say and I felt hurt.

Finally, to everyone. Thank you for the overwhelming amount of support you guys always give me. Actually, I have known this website since 2023. Hahaha. A lot of people say that i'm famous on a Chinese website, and people who have never come to the store come to see me. At that time, I always pretended not to know what the website is. Hahaha. I have very few non-Chinese customers, so without you guys, I don't think I would be working here now. I actually saved all of reviews, which are over 15, and I reread them when I'm feeling down. They're very important to me. I've always wanted to express my gratitude to you, but I never had the chance. It's a bad timing, but I'd like to express my gratitude to you all here. Thank you for supporting me, even though I'm not always perfect.

我还真么找到过哈哈，不过要是以前体验过莞式服务的，这nuru service 确实没有想象中的那么神秘高级

Hi Mizu,

Thanks for reaching out. Just wanted to clear things up.

First of all, I rated the experience as: Attractiveness/Looks: 7/10 Body/figure: 7/10 Service: 10/10 in the first place,I honestly don't think these are negative comments at all. On the contrary, I believe they reflect a fair and positive evaluation — especially since I rated the service 10/10 and even mentioned how skillful and friendly you were in in my original post.

It seems that there may have been some miscommunication:

1. Either "the customer" deliberately twisted my words,
2. Or perhaps there was simply a misunderstanding due to language barriers — maybe the customer wasn't familiar enough with Chinese to fully understand what I had written,
3. Or perhaps understanding the meaning behind a 7/10 and a 10/10 isn’t exactly his strong suit either.

Now, regarding your specific question about why I mentioned "not recommending coming again" —
I'd like to make it very clear:
I definitely think the Nuru service is worth trying, especially for someone who has never experienced it before. It’s a cool and unique experience (in my original post).

However, mainly due to the price I personally wouldn’t choose repeating the same Nuru service multiple times.

This has nothing to do with you personally, nor with the quality of the service you provided. You did a great job, and I truly appreciate your efforts.

I believe my comments were both fair and respectful, based purely on personal experience and value judgment, not on dissatisfaction with your service. I feel sorry that my words were misinterpreted by others, which was never what I intended.

xdm，看官们，

咱也不理解这位“customer”咋理解的，咱也不敢问。

本来也只是分享一次体验报告而已，而且我的评分是：颜值7/10，身材7/10，服务10/10。
我认为这个评分非常客观，完全没有贬低这次体验的意思。
在原帖里我也明确提到，Mizuha的服务非常用心，即使我们双方英语都一般，她依然会认真回复每一句话，服务态度和专业度都可以说是一流的。


Nuru按摩确实很适合没体验过的兄弟们尝试一下。
至于要不要多次重复体验同样的Nuru，还是选择其他比如1小时、45分钟的服务项目，那就是见仁见智，各取所需。

小狼本身收入不高，所以如果没有特别的情况，我个人不会把Nuru作为下一次探店时的首选。
纯粹是个人选择，不涉及对服务质量的否定。
